The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the room wassuper clean and cozy, providing a pleasant stay.

The room that I booked was not what I expected. It was much smaller than advertised and lacked the promised amenities.

Despite being next to the service door, the rooms are quiet, so guests can have a peaceful stay.

The hotel could have better attention to detail, as some guests had to constantly request missing amenities like towels and robes.

This place is in a great location, right in the center of everything! I could easily walk to all the major attractions or take the tube to see the sights. The hotel is located on a quiet side street near the charming Dickensian Bedford Square. The staff here provided excellent service and were only too happy to accommodate my requests. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable sitting area, ironing facilities, and a mini-bar. Breakfast was wonderful with a huge selection of tasty food, and the restaurant staff went the extra mile to ensure I got what I wanted.
